1. Due to limited spacing inside studio we ask that you please sign-up in advance to reserve your spot for in studio classes. Class size is currently limited to 15 people. 
All Classes can be reserved & paid for on the TeamUp App (click a class on the schedule page to access the APP)

2. If unable to attend class, please cancel within 24hrs to not be charged 

3. No shows will be charged $20

4. Masks no longer required for in studio classes

5. Please leave cell phones in purses or car during class

6. Please sign new waiver for in studio classes (waivers available when you come into class)

 

7. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use
