Yoga for First Responders goes far beyond training flexibility. Yoga for First Responders trains nervous system regulation which keeps them calm during high-stakes calls; trauma and stress management to mitigate the effects of cumulative stress; physical resilience which strengthens stabilizing muscles and joints; improved situational awareness aiding better focus and more accurate gut reactions for better decision making. Tell your first responders friends this is the class for them!


Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
Dispelling the myth that yoga is for bendy, stretchy bodies with our newly added Stiff Guys Yoga class. Grunting and sweating is allowed as the stiff guys take on yoga. All ages, body types, and abilities are welcome.

Music, Yoga, Magic!
Join Lisa Ellisen and Kevin Paris for an unforgettable Yoga & Live Music class at Soul Yoga & Wellness. Lisa will guide us through a deep/ soulful/ Power and Restore 90 minute practice while Kevin serenades us with live music & the healing power of sound.
Science has shown that yoga, music and human connection can shift our physiology in powerful ways that restore harmony, reduce stress, stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, boost endorphins and facilitate healing. It's practically magic. All you have to do is show up. We can't wait to see you for an amazing event at Soul Yoga & Wellness!

Teacher training is an opportunity for you to dive deep into why yoga works. You will learn anatomy, asanas, sequences, philosophy, history and so much more! Yes, we learn to teach yoga, but along the way you also learn about yourself. You don't have to want to teach to become a yoga teacher. Scholarships are available.
